POSITION: School-Based Wellness Clinician
LOCATION: Central High School Wellness Center

QUALIFICATIONS: A master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a closely related field. Colorado licensure required and CAC III certification preferred. Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team. Managed Care experience preferred. Ability to speak Spanish is desired but not required. A valid Colorado driver’s license and access to transportation during work hours are required. Strong candidates will have previous mental health treatment experience with children/adolescents and working within a school system.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the administrative supervision of a Program Director and the clinical supervision of a Program Supervisor, a School-Based Wellness Clinician is responsible for:
- conducting intake interviews;
- providing consultation and education services including presentations on mental health topics to high school students and faculty;
- providing individual, family, and/or group therapy;
- development of evidence based practices in the school setting
- providing case management services;
- providing emergency services;
- keeping accurate, complete and up-to-date records; and,
- performing other work-related duties as assigned by a Program Director.
